Jumpin at Joes Jumpin at Joes By Sarena Lee On a crowded Friday night, I bring a lively mental attitude with sweet smells and even sweeter sounds. Joes Be-Bop Caf?, rigid on Navy dock at 600 E. Grande, is a Cajun, jazz-inspired restaurant whose atmosphere separated itself from the clamorous shuffle of the pier. Upon entering the restaurant, I saw murals and collages on the walls that had a 50s and 60s style, and pictures of e real jazz thespian you can think of.
